23/06/2010 Joint industry position on the methodology for future substance restrictions in the RoHS recast
In the view of the trialogue discussions CECED, DIGITALEUROPE, JBCE, KEA and PlasticsEurope prepared the proposal on the methodology for future substance restrictions. The proposal builds on the existing positions of the Commission, ENVI Committee and the Council but complements it with the missing elements. See the position paper and the annex.

17/06/2010 New Energy Label
The recast Energy Labelling Directive which introduces a new energy label layout entered into force on 19th June. The new language-neutral label provides three additional classes (A+, A++ and A+++) on top of the existing A grade. The label is designed to indicate and promote energy-efficient products.
